Our RAID Recovery
software works with

Hardware RAID disk sets

producing either the copy of the array or the parameter set. The copy of the array is either mounted directly or post-processed with TestDisk to rebuild partition table on the copy.

Software RAID disk sets

if the array members are identically aligned on all the disks, in a way similar to hardware arrays.

NAS disk sets

to produce parameters or images you can further use with ReclaiMe File Recovery, other data recovery software, or to mount them in Linux. ReclaiMe Free RAID Recovery works with most known NAS devices like QNAP, NETGEAR, Synology, Buffalo and others

What ReclaiMe Free
RAID Recovery gives

ReclaiMe Free RAID Recovery is designed for recovering
RAID configuration parameters like

  • Disk order
  • Block size
  • Start offset and others
Note that ReclaiMe Free RAID Recovery does not give you the ability to do file-by-file recovery. RAID Recovery only works with arrays in their entirety.
Difference between ReclaiMe File Recovery
and ReclaiMe Free RAID Recovery

What are
the hidden costs?

RAID recovery is not finished when parameters are detected.
Once the parameters are detected you have to either

  • Write a copy of the RAID somewhere if all RAID's content is needed
  • Use regular data recovery program if only some files are needed.

If you have enough unused hard disks or a license of any data recovery program compatible with ReclaiMe Free RAID Recovery, then no hidden costs are involved. If neither of these is available, you will have to pay for either a storage, or a data recovery software.
